Gateway: The Series

This series was created in response to Prorogo by John Beckley.

I was drawn to how color and depth could exist independently in the same space, while still suggesting something beyond it. Each piece explores that tension - what is visible and what's just out of reach.

The first was piece created during colder months and leans toward warmth, reflecting the pull toward summer. Across the series, each season is represented as what is present and what lies beyond.
